MIA

Hello everyone!
I hope Spring is going well and that y'all are catching some nice fish!
A few people have recently asked me why I have been posting so little and wanted to briefly address that here.

I've been doing a lot of local pond and stream fishing, rod building and fly tying but have not been able to write about it due to a technical breakdown:  my home computer has died and it's too spendy for me to buy another one at the moment.  It's difficult for me to post from my iPhone and from work now so my posts will be more intermittent than normal.  As soon as I'm able to start posting again I will, but in the mean time - get off your computers and go fishing!!
For now, here's a rod I recently completed, a McFarland 7'6" 3 piece 3 weight that is edging it's way to to the top as my favorite bream rod:

Glad to hear from you again. I am looking forward to some of your future bluegill post when you get things up and running. I really like the looks of that fly rod. I have been doing my share and everybody else share landing bluegill. Glad to see you back
